SERVICE POLICY

A. PROCESSES

1. Initial Information from the Client

When we receive a request for a writing service, either by email, mail, or telephone, we obtain indicative information from our client so that we can correctly appreciate specific needs to which we focus our writing inputs.

2. Consultation with the Client

We ensure that we have complete meeting of the minds with our client for every writing engagement, with each party fully aware of what to expect from the other. Within 48 hours from receipt of the initial information, we call back the client to arrange for a 30-minute initial consultation on the project.

Whenever necessary, for more complex writing projects (i.e. strategic management paper, business plan, or industry study), additional consultation, inclusive of personal meetings and periodic check-backs, may be arranged to ensure total alignment with client’s interest.

3. Acceptance of Writing Engagements

After initial project consultation, we signify either our acceptance of the project or non-extension of our writing services. Our final acceptance of any writing engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Receipt by WeWrite USA from the client, either by email or postal service advice, of all relevant information needed to start off the project.
  • Payment by the client of the applicable writing fee --- either by manager’s check, bank account deposit, postal money order, or money transfer remittance in favor of WeWrite USA.

4. Work-in-Progress Information Requirement

While working on the writing project, we may need interim supply of internal and external information from the client. In this situation, we identify the need and request our client for the timely provision of the information.

We treat all client-specific business information as strictly confidential and restricted to our internal use -- to the exclusion of third parties.

5. Project Completion and Submission

On completion of the writing project, whether earlier or on agreed date of completion, we notify our client about the accomplishment. Upon receipt of final payment for any balance on the writing fee, we send the final completed version of the written report to the client either by email or mail, depending on the preference of the client.


B. EXTRAORDINARY DILIGENCE

We recognize the sensitivity and importance of our writing engagement. We help people from various walks of life advance their business, professional, and employment interests. To this end, we exercise extraordinary diligence in researching, developing, and producing quality written materials for our clients.

While we do not warrant that all our writing output will conform to the exact liking or full acceptance of every client, we will, however, exert our best effort to meet customer wants; provided that any intended modification or alteration of any writing output is not contrary to any existing laws, in derogation of existing rights, or in subservience to any inferior work quality that undermines our professional integrity.


C. NON-EXTENSION OF SERVICES

While it is our business desire to accept every service request that we receive, we will, however, exercise our right to deny or refuse the extension of any of our writing services where there appears no mutual connection between us and our client, or where the successful completion of the client’s writing requirement cannot be predicted with reasonable certainty.
